Return Process

    Contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

    Pack with Care

    Securely place the globe and its stand in the original specialized packaging to prevent any damage to the internal motion mechanism during transit.

    Label and Ship

    Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you retain a copy of the tracking receipt.

    Inspection and Refund

    Once our technicians verify the globe's condition and solar cell functionality, we will process your full refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
